Management District Board of Directors

The Management District has seventeen directors who were appointed by the Texas Legislature. When their term expires, the mayor and city council appoints directors recommended by the Board of Directors. Board members must be Midtown residents, property owners, or agents of property owners. The Board is responsible for approving and monitoring the programs undertaken by the District.

The Board holds their regular meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 11 AM in the District office. Midtown stakeholders requested that the Board host evening meetings on a quarterly basis. Evening meetings begin at 6 PM. Annual meetings are held every August. Please see the Midtown events calendar or contact the office for exact dates. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend.
