| Welcome! |
Experience the history and excitement of Midtown and true urban living!
Midtown is one of Houston's most culturally diverse areas, while its commercial and residential landscapes have become the most prized in the city.
Just who are Midtowners? The average Midtowner is between 25-40 years of age, diverse, educated, owns a pet or two, involved in the community, gives to charity, culturally in tune with the community, healthier because they ride bikes or walk, they don't sit back and watch the action...they are the action! Families are Midtown too.
With its thriving mixed-use community, Midtown offers an environment that exemplifies the unique experience of urban living and all that that entails. Leave your car in the garage and use your feet, catch the train or ride your bike. The burbs...we're not. We don't close at 9PM. Where else but Midtown can you walk across the street to the local haunt or fabulous 5-star chef owned restaurant and then stroll home. The only key you need is the key to your front door. This is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Houston where many are choosing to live, work, play, and invest.
Houston has several places to live that are close in, but Midtown is the only place that is-in!
